Madeleines with chestnut cream (For about fifteen madeleines)

Melt the butter and leave to stand for a few minutes until lukewarm. Whisk the egg for 30 seconds, add the sugar and whisk for 30 seconds, then add the warm butter and whisk for another 30 seconds. Add the flour a little at a time, continuing to whisk, until the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla powder. Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes.
