Le pavé d'Anjou au Cointreau du Roy René combines bitter oranges and apricots from Provence with the famous bitter orange liqueur Cointreau. The fruit is selected from local producers, with a view to promoting short supply chains.

The fruit, sugar and pectin are slowly heated and stirred in a cauldron to preserve the flavours. The pastry is cut by hand using a guitar, then shined with a brush for a beautiful finish.

Fruit 50% (apricot pulp 70%, orange 30%), sugar, natural orange flavour (COINTREAU®) 8%, glucose syrup, gelling agent: pectins, acidifier: concentrated lemon juice, deodorised sunflower oil.
