The infusion composed for ceremonies pays tribute to Roy René, patron of the arts and lover of the arts, whose court brought together artists and thinkers at the end of the Middle Ages. Inspired by the king's passion for botany, it combines peppermint, sweet mint, bergamot, orange blossom and leaves, orange, passionflower and lemon balm.

Available in 40g tins, this infusion takes 4 minutes to prepare at 90°C, with a dosage of 2g per 20cl of water. It offers a refined sensory experience, to be enjoyed hot or cold, at any time of day.
